The 48th session of the international Confectionery,
Chocolate, Biscuit, Patisserie and Gourmet products
Exhibition will take place from 9 to 12 March at the
"Paris-expo" Exhibition Centre, in conjunction
with INTERSUC's partner exhibition "Salon
National de la Boulangerie".
INTERSUC is a trade only exhibition bringing
together more than 400 exhibitors from over 60 countries
and attracting 25.000 top professionals keen to discover
the latest innovations and expand their markets.
The most specialized and comprehensive exhibition in

:
masterpieces made of sugar created by patisserie
and confectionery specialists on the theme "Les
Merveilles du Monde" (The wonders of the world).
- THE "FÉE DES DRAGEES" (SUGARED
ALMOND FAIRY) COMPETITION :
designed to simulate creativity among professionals
selling sugared almonds. This year's theme is "La
demande en mariage" (the proposal). Each entrant
will create a table centrepiece and individual gifts
from sugared almonds.
- THE RUBANS BLEUS & CORDONS BLEUS :
introduced in 1960, highlight products of exceptional
quality, are recognized worldwide as a guarantee of
quality.
INTERSUC will also be the forum for the annual
meetings of the French associations of chocolate-makers
and Jams manufacturers.
